The arc continuous casting machine is suitable for producing various cross-sectional shapes of castings, such as slabs, square billets, and rectangular billets, and is easy to achieve high-speed casting and automation control.
3、 Horizontal continuous casting machine
Horizontal continuous casting machine is a relatively special type of continuous casting machine, characterized by pulling and straightening the billet in the horizontal direction. This type of continuous casting machine has a compact structure, occupies a small area, but has a high level of equipment complexity. Horizontal continuous casting machine is mainly used for producing small section billets, such as wire and rod, and is suitable for continuous casting production of special steel grades and non-ferrous metals.
